1. Data Collection and Use
Liquid Notes was built from the ground up to respect your privacy. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, notes, images, or links to our servers.
2. iCloud Storage (CloudKit and SwiftData)
All information you create within the App (including text, images, tags, and links imported via the Share Extension) is stored locally on your device and synced exclusively through your private Apple iCloud account. Only you have access to this data. As developers, we cannot access, read, or share your content.
3. In-App Purchases
The App offers premium features ("Liquid Notes Pro") via subscriptions and one-time payments securely processed by Apple (App Store). We do not have access to your payment or credit card information. Your purchase status is verified locally using official Apple APIs (StoreKit).
4. App Permissions
The App may request access to your Photo Library or Camera strictly to let you attach images to your notes. These images remain within the secure environment of your device and your iCloud account.
