By downloading or using Liquid Notes ("the App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the App.
1. App Usage
We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
2. "Liquid Notes Pro" Subscriptions and Purchases
The App includes in-app purchases that unlock premium features (custom colors, fonts, advanced export, etc.) through two options:
- Annual Subscription (Auto-renewable): Billed annually.
- Lifetime Access: A one-time payment with no recurring charges.
3. Auto-Renewable Subscription Rules (Apple Requirements)
If you purchase the annual subscription, the following Apple conditions apply:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
4. User-Generated Content
Because the App functions as a private notepad tied to your iCloud account, you are solely responsible for the content (text, images, links) you save. We are not liable for any data loss, although the App utilizes native Apple systems to ensure data synchronization and persistence.
5. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
6. Changes to these Terms
We may update our Terms and Conditions periodically. It is your responsibility to review this page occasionally to stay informed of any changes.
